Register online through the TMS client registration portal and submit your KYC with the required documents. You can also download the KYC form from our Download page and submit it at our Maharajgunj office.

A valid citizenship certificate or passport, your PAN card, a recent passport-size photograph, and your bank account details. Existing demat holders should also have their DP and Mero Share details ready.

Most accounts are verified within 24 hours of receiving a complete KYC. Once approved, your TMS login credentials are emailed to you.

TMS (Trade Management System) is NEPSE's online trading platform. After your account is activated, log in at tms84.nepsetms.com.np using the credentials sent to your registered email.

Commission is set by SEBON and applied on a slab basis — a flat Rs. 10 up to Rs. 2,500, then 0.36% down to 0.24% as your transaction size grows. The full slab table is on our Pricing page.

Every transaction carries an additional 0.015% SEBON regulatory fee, plus a DP charge of Rs. 25 per share transfer. Capital gains tax applies on profitable sales.

Demat account opening is Rs. 50 one time, annual account maintenance is Rs. 100 per year, and share transfer (DIS) is Rs. 25 per transfer. These rates are fixed by the regulator.
